Service Description

PLEASE READ FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS (Please forgive the All Caps sections, I promise were not yelling : ) All recording sessions include an engineer (no exceptions). If you finish recording before your session ends you can use the remaining time to edit your podcast with our engineer. Sessions must be paid in full before arriving.. REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN IF A CANCELLATION IS MADE WITHIN 48HRS OF WHEN THE PAYMENT WAS MADE OR IN THE EVENT THAT BROOKLYN PODCASTING STUDIO CANCELS THE SESSION OR DEEMS THAT THE PROPER SERVICES WERE NOT DELIVERED OR WERE UNSATISFACTORY. FOR RESCHEDULES WE MUST HAVE AT LEAST A 48 HOUR NOTICE TO BE RESCHEDULED WITHOUT ANY FEE. SESSIONS CAN BE RESCHEDULED ONE TIME AT NO COST AS LONG AS WE ARE NOTIFIED 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. YOU MAY STILL REQUEST TO RESCHEDULE YOUR SESSION IF WE ARE GIVEN LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE TIME BUT ONLY IF WE HAVE AVAILABILITY AND A $50 RESCHEDULE FEE WILL BE APPLIED. LASTLY, SESSIONS CAN ONLY BE RESCHEDULED 30 DAYS OF THE ORIGINAL SESSION DATE. At the end of the session you will receive your files within 24 hrs. via WeTransfer, but if you'd like to bring an external hard drive and put the files on that hard drive, we can do that as well.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made within 48hrs. of when payment is received. After 48hrs. sessions are non-refundable. Sessions can be rescheduled one-time at no cost if at least 48 hrs notice prior to the booking date is given. If at least 48 hrs notice is not given a $50 reschedule fee may be assessed. Sessions may only be rescheduled one time.
